不同光照条件下白芨无菌苗生长状况的比较

摘要 白芨具有重要的药用价值,不同光照条件下对白芨无菌苗生长状况比较可为选择适宜的林分种植白芨提供科学依据,同时林下种植白芨对于充分发挥林地效益也具有重要的意义.在本研究中,通过设置8种不同的光照条件,研究白芨无菌苗在不同光照条件下的生长指标的差异.结果显示:(1)光照较弱时,白芨茎长和根长较大,球茎小,叶绿素含量低,呈徒长状态,后续生长缓慢,直至死亡.(2)在红蓝光中,加入适当比例的黄光可促进白芨球茎的生长,D组光照条件为2白色+1黄色,球茎最大,为5.22 mm.(3)C组光照条件为2(白+红+蓝:6∶4∶2),E组光照条件为2黄+2(白+红+蓝:6∶4∶2),茎(叶)长、球茎大小,鲜重、花青素含量、叶绿素含量均为最大值或次最大值,与其他组有显著性差异,综合生长指标较好.(4)F,G,H组为本试验中光照较强的处理(光照强度分别为4800,5200,6700 x),该处理中茎长平均范围在39.62~44.61 mm之间,根长在20.63~22.99 mm之间,球茎与鲜重均为最小值或次最小值,呈矮小状.最终结论是不同光照条件下白芨组培苗各生长指标间有显著性差异. Bletilla striata has important medicinal value.Comparing the growth conditions of aseptic seedlings of B.striata under different light conditions can provide scientific basis for selecting suitable forest plantations.At the same time,planting B.striata under forests is also of great significance to fully utilize the benefits of forest land.In this study,eight different light conditions were set to study the difference of growth indexes of the tissue culture seedlings of B.striata under different light conditions,which provided a scientific basis for selecting suitable forest planting B.striata.The results showed that:(1)When the light was weak,the stem length and root length of B.striata were larger,but the protocorm size were small,and the chlorophyll content were low.They were in a long state of growth in vain,and the subsequent growth were slow until death.(2)Adding the appropriate proportion of yellow light to red and blue light can promote the growth of protocorm size of B.striata.Group D with the light condition 2 white+1 yellow had the largest protocorm size of 5.22 mm.(3)Group C with the light condition of 2(white+red+blue:6∶4∶2)and group E with the light condition of 2 yellow+2(white+red+blue:6∶4∶2)had the largest or sub-largest stem(leaf)length,protocorm size,fresh weight,anthocyanin content and chlorophyll content,which were significantly different from other groups,indicating the good comprehensive growth index.(4)Groups F,G and H were the treatments with strong illumination in this experiment(The light intensity is 4800,5200,6700x).The average length of stem length were 39.62~44.61 mm,and the root length were 20.63~22.99 mm,and the protocorm size and fresh weight were minimum or minor minimum value appeared in short form.There were significant differences among the growth indexes of tissue culture seedlings of B.striata under different light conditions.
