摘要
本试验以胸花、马蒂斯、阿茂菲、紫丹特、粉丹特5个切花小菊品种脚芽的微茎尖为外植体,对不同切花小菊品种微茎尖培养和植株再生进行研究.结果表明:不同品种的切花小菊微茎尖剥离成活率不同;继代增殖培养,不同品种生长状况有差异;随着继代次数的增加,切花小菊的芽增殖数也随之增加.继1代生长最好的是紫丹特,最差的是马蒂斯和阿茂菲;继2代生长中最好的是胸花,最差的是紫丹特;继3代生长最好的是粉丹特,最差的是马蒂斯和阿茂菲.
In this experiment,taking chrysanthemuem microstem-tip as explants,we study microstem-tip culture and plant regeneration of Corsage,Mattis,Amofei,Purple Dent and Pink Dent.The results showed that the sum survival rate of microstem-tip exfoliation was different in different varieties.And the growth status of different cultivars was different in successive transfer culture.With the increase of the number of successive generations,the number of bud proliferation of cut chrysanthemum also increased.After the first generation,the best growth is Purple Dent,the worst is Mattis and Amofei.The best growth of the second generation is Corsage,and the worst is Purple Dent.In the third generation,Pink Dent grew best,while Mattis and Amoffei grew worst.
