摘要
医药中间体合成具有品种多、批量少、品种转换快等特点,进行多功能车间设计具有很大的必要性。从多功能车间设计特点、难点到多功能设计中布局、模块化、设备选型等各方面进行分析,阐述了医药中间体合成多功能车间的设计思路和注意事项,可为相关医药中间体合成多功能车间的设计提供参考和借鉴。
The synthetic production of pharmaceutical intermediates has the characteristics of large variety,few batches and fast variety conversion,thus it is quiet necessary to design multipurpose workshop.In this article,the features and difficulties in the design of multipurpose workshop was introduced.The layout design,modularity design and equipment selection etc.were analyzed.The design conceptions and note points were expounded which could provide reference for design of multipurpose workshop.
