摘要
立足电力系统投资型工程项目管理、设备管理、资产管理现状,结合相关业务信息化建设实际情况,分析典型项目规划计划、物资采购、工程建设、运行维护、退役报废5个阶段周期性特点。通过物联网芯片编码研究,贯通资产各阶段的项目编码、WBS编码、物料编码、设备编码、资产编码等各类专业编码,解决前端项目物资信息难以与后端设备、资产信息追溯及共享的问题,提高业务处理时效性,实现资产在全周期管理各阶段全流程贯通,提升企业资产精益化管理水平。
Periodic characteristics of the five stages such as typical project planning,material procurement,engineering construction,operation and maintenance,decommissioning and retirement are analyzed combined with the actual situation of relevant business information construction based on the current status of power system investment type project management,equipment and asset management in this paper.The project code,WBS coding,material coding,equipment coding,asset coding and other professional codes are carried out to solve the problem that the front-end project material information is difficult to trace and share with the back-end equipment and asset information at various stages of the asset through the research of chip coding of Internet of things.The timeliness of business processing is improved,the whole process of assets in all stages of the whole cycle is realized,and the lean management level of enterprise assets is improved.
