混合工质HFO/R134a在家用制冷器具上的性能对比 被引量:3

摘要 R134a制冷剂存在全球变暖潜能值(GWP)高的问题,环保型HFO制冷剂因与其热力性质相近而作为R134a替代工质之一。本文在对比R1234ze、R1234yf和R134a的热力学性质后,使用一定配比的HFO/R134a混合物在原使用R134a的家用制冷器具上进行实验。参考标准《GB/T 8059—2016家用和类似用途制冷器具》,对比了可反映制冷器具能效的耗电量、冷却能力和冷冻能力这3个指标。结果表明:在最佳充注量下,相对于R134a,混合制冷剂R1234ze/R134a的24 h耗电量低3.8%,R1234yf/R134a的24 h耗电量低2.3%;两混合制冷剂冷却能力相对R134a而言较弱,两混合制冷剂之间R1234ze/R134a的冷却能力优于R1234yf/R134a;R1234yf/R134a和R1234ze/R134a的冷冻能力都优于R134a,两混合制冷剂之间R1234yf/R134a冷冻能力更强。 In view of high global warming potential(GWP)of R134a,the environment-friendly HFO refrigerant is regarded as a substitute refrigerant because of the similar thermodynamic properties.The thermodynamic properties of R1234ze,R1234yf and R134a are compared in this paper,and the HFO/R134a mixture with a certain ratio is used in the domestic refrigerating appliance using R134a before.With reference to the standard“GB/T 8059—2016 Household and Similar Refrigeration Appliances”,the three indicators of power consumption,cooling capacity and freezing capacity in refrigerating appliances are compared.The results show that,under the conditions of optimal charge,the energy consumption of the refrigerator using mixed refrigerant R1234ze/R134a is 3.8%lower than that of R134a,and using R1234yf/R134a is 2.3%lower than that of pure R134a;the cooling capacity of the two mixed refrigerants are relatively weaker;the cooling capacity of R1234ze/R134a is better than that of R1234yf/R134a;the freezing capacity of R1234yf/R134a and R1234ze/R134a is better than that of R134a,and the freezing capacity of R1234yf/R134a is stronger.
