摘要
文章分析了地方高校师范专业在教育教学实践能力培养上存在的问题,结合实际提出了从建立科学、系统的师范专业实践教学体系、加强师范专业实践教学师资队伍建设和保障体系建设等几个方面来实施地方高校师范专业教育实践能力的培养。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of the practical ability of education and teaching in the normal major of local colleges and universities.Combined with the actual situation,the author puts forward the view to foster provincial universities’ability to educate students in pedagogical majors in the aspect of establishing a scientific and systematic practical teaching system,strengthening the construction of teachers'team and guaranteeing the construction of system.
