粗苯作为焦化企业重要的化工产品,其收率高低不仅影响经济效益,还影响后续的煤气深加工利用,因此提高粗苯收率具有十分重要的意义。影响粗苯收率的因素包括工艺参数控制和操作、洗油质量、洗苯塔和脱苯塔性能等因素。
As an important chemical product for coking enterprises,the yield of crude benzene not only affects economic benefits,but also affects the subsequent deep processing and utilization of gas.Therefore,it is of great significance to increase the yield of crude benzene.Factors affecting crude benzene yield include factors such as process parameter control and operation,washing oil quality,performance of benzene washing tower and debenzene tower.
