限制性会阴切开配合改良助产技术在临床中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨限制性会阴切开配合使用改良助产技术在临床中的应用。方法:选取2017年10月-2018年12月实施限制性会阴切开配合改良助产技术的产妇1566例为观察组;选取2016年10月-2017年9月采用传统接产法的产妇1520例为对照组。比较两组产妇会阴情况及母婴结局。结果:观察组会阴侧切率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组会阴Ⅰ度裂伤率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组会阴完整率、会阴Ⅱ度裂伤率、宫颈裂伤率、产后出血率、新生儿轻度窒息率、新生儿重度窒息率及阴道助产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:限制性会阴切开配合使用改良助产技术能降低产妇会阴侧切率,可减轻对孕产妇会阴损伤程度。 Objective:To explore the clinical application of limited perineum incision combined with improved midwifery.Methods:From October 2017 to December 2018,1566 parturients with limited perineum incision combined with improved midwifery were selected as the observation group;From October 2016 to September 2017,1520 parturients with traditional delivery method were selected as the control group.We compared the perineum and maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups.Results:The rate of episiotomy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,the rate of gradeⅠperineum laceration was lower than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of perineum integrity,Ⅱdegree perineum laceration,cervical laceration,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal mild asphyxia rate,neonatal severe asphyxia rate and vaginal delivery between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Clinical application of limited perineum incision combined with improved midwifery can reduce the rate of lateral episiotomy and the degree of perineum injury.
