摘要
目的:分析前列地尔联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床效果。方法:2017年8月-2019年7月收治DPN患者102例,随机分为两组,各51例。对照组应用依帕司他治疗;观察组应用前列地尔联合依帕司他治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:前列地尔联合依帕司他治疗DPN效果良好,且安全性较高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of alprostadil combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:From August 2017 to July 2019,102 patients with DPN were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with epalrestat;The observation group was treated with alprostadil combined with epalrestat.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rates of the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Alprostadil combined with epalrestat is effective and safe in treating DPN.
