急性心肌梗死患者外周血miR-126-5p表达与心肌损伤的相关性 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察急性心肌梗死患者外周血mir-126-5p表达情况,分析外周血miR-126-5p表达与患者心肌损伤的相关性。方法选取2018年2月至2019年8月期间医院收治的31例急性心肌梗死患者,将其纳为心肌梗死组;同期选取于我院确诊的不稳定性心绞痛患者30例,将其纳为不稳定性心绞痛组;同期选取于我院确诊的稳定性心绞痛患者30例,将其纳为稳定性心绞痛组;同期再选取于我院接受健康检查的35例健康人,将其纳为健康对照组。检测并比较4组血清心肌标志物肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnI)和外周血miR-126-5p,经相关性分析检验急性心肌梗死患者外周血miR-126-5p与心肌损伤标志物的相关性。结果 4组中,健康对照组人群血清CK、CK-MB、LDH、cTnI水平最低,后由低至高依次为稳定性心绞痛组、不稳定性心绞痛组、急性心肌梗死组,健康对照组与稳定性心绞痛组各指标水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其他各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4组中,健康对照组人群血清miR-126-5p表达最低,后由低至高依次为稳定性心绞痛组、不稳定性心绞痛组、急性心肌梗死组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性心肌梗死患者外周血miR-126-5p表达与患者心肌损伤各标志物水平均呈显著正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者外周血miR-126-5p表达与其心肌损伤明显相关,患者miR-126-5p高表达可能是加重心肌损伤的主要原因,在未来可考虑将miR-126-5p表达的监测用于预测急性心肌梗死患者心肌损伤程度。 Objective To observe the expression of peripheral blood miR-126-5p in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and to analyze the correlation between miR-126-5p expression and myocardial damage. Methods Thirty-one patients with acute myocardial infarction in the hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 were included in myocardial infarction group;30 patients with unstable angina pectoris who confirmed in the hospital were included in unstable angina pectoris group;30 patients with stable angina pectoris who confirmed in the hospital were included in stable angina pectoris group;35 healthy people with physical examination in the hospital during the same time period were included in healthy control group. The serum cardiac markers [creatine kinase(CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB), lactic dehydrogenase(LDH), cardiac troponin I(cTnI)], and relative expression of peripheral blood mir-126-5p in four groups were detected and compared. The correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation between relative expression of peripheral blood miR-126-5p and myocardial damage markers. Results Among the four groups, the levels of CK, CK-MB, LDH, cTnI in healthy control group were the lowest, followed by stable angina pectoris group,unstable angina pectoris group and acute myocardial infarction group, and there was no statistical difference in the levels of indexes between healthy control group and stable angina pectoris group(P>0.05);And there was statistical difference between other two groups(P<0.05);Among the four groups, the relative expression of serum miR-126-5p in healthy control group was the lowest, followed by stable angina pectoris group, unstable angina pectoris group and acute myocardial infarction group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The relative expression of serum miR-126-5p had positive correlation with the levels of myocardial damage markers in patients with acute myocardial infarction(r>0, P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of peripheral blood miR-126-5p has significant correlation with myocardial damage in patients with acute myocardial infarction. High expression of miR-126-5p may be the main cause of aggravation of myocardial damage. In the future, the monitoring of miR-126-5p expression may be considered to predict the degree of myocardial damage in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
