摘要
目的分析接触射线科研人员的细胞遗传学及甲状腺功能特点。方法2018年3月对北京市两家核辐射研究单位的163名工作人员进行淋巴细胞微核及甲状腺功能指标检测,并对影响微核率的因素进行分析。结果射线接触组微核率(9.0‰)与微核细胞率(8.0‰)均高于对照组(7.0‰,6.5‰),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);随着年龄和接触工龄的增加,微核率有增高的特征;运动组比无运动组的微核率低;射线接触组三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)和游离甲状腺素(FT4)均比对照组高,其中仅FT4在两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期低剂量电离辐射对甲状腺功能及细胞遗传学有影响,微核率的增加与年龄及接触工龄有关,运动能降低微核率。应该加强射线接触人员的辐射卫生防护及个人良好生活习惯的培养。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of cytogenetics and thyroid function in scientific researchers exposed to ionizing radiation. Methods In March 2018, 163 workers from two nuclear radiation research institutes in Beijing were tested for lymphocyte micronucleus and thyroid function index, and the factors affecting micronucleus rate were analyzed. Results Micronucleus rate(9.0‰) and micronucleus cell rate(8.959‰) of ray exposure group were higher than those of the control group(7.0‰, 6.5‰), and the differences between two groups were statistically significant(both P<0.01). The micronucleus rate increased with growing age and length of exposure. The micronucleus rate in the exercise group was lower than that in the non-exercise group. The levels of triiodothyronine(T3), thyroxine(T4), thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH), free triiodothyronine(FT3) and free thyroxine(FT4) of ray exposure group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference in FT4 was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Long-term low-dose ionizing radiation has effect on the thyroid function and cytogenetics. The increase of micronucleus rate is closely related to the age and the length of exposure. The micronucleus rate may be controlled by doing exercises. Radiation health protection and building good personal lifestyle among workers exposed to ionizing radiation should be strengthened.
