摘要
以山东霄云煤矿井下热害防治研究与工程实践为例,理论计算了该矿冷负荷量,根据需冷量及矿井概况进行井下集中降温工艺设计,最后通过降温系统实施,成功给井下高温热害工作面降温除湿。检测结果表明:工作面降温前干球温度31℃~35℃,降温后干球温度24℃~26℃,降温幅度7℃~9℃,大大改善了井下工作面环境,热害防治效果明显,且降温系统运行稳定,具有推广价值。
Taking the research and engineering practice of high temperature heat damage prevention and control in Xiaoyun coal mine of Shandong province as an example, the theoretical calculation of the cold load of the mine,the design of the cooling process according to the required cooling capacity, and finally the implementation of the underground cooling system by the underground,the cooling and dehumidification of the downhole working face. The detection results show that the dry bulb temperature is between 31 ℃ and 35 ℃ before the cooling of the working surface, the dry bulb temperature is between 24 ℃ and 26 ℃ after cooling,and the cooling temperature is between 7 ℃ and 9 ℃,which greatly improves the working environment of the underground working face,and the heat damage prevention effect is obvious,and the cooling system is improved. It is stable in operation and has broad promotion value.
