摘要
目的探讨肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)表达与临床特征的关系及相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法检测46例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤组织标本(良性28例、恶性18例)和21例正常肾上腺组织标本中VEGF、iNOS的表达情况,并分析其与临床特征的关系及二者相关性。结果VEGF、iNOS阳性表达率恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤组织>良性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤组织>正常肾上腺组织(P<0.01)。直径≥5 cm的肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤组织VEGF、iNOS阳性表达率明显高于直径<5 cm的瘤组织阳性表达率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤组织中VEGF和iNOS的表达呈正相关(r=0.452,P<0.001)。结论VEGF和iNOS在肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤组织中的表达明显高于正常肾上腺组织,二者的表达随着肿瘤增大而增强,恶性瘤组织中的阳性表达率高于良性瘤组织中的阳性表达率,且二者表达呈正相关,共同影响肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)expressions in adrenal pheochromocytoma(AP)with clinicopathological features and their correlation.Methods Immunohistochemical staining method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and iNOS in 46 tissue specimens of AD(28 cases of benign AD,and 18 cases of malignant AD)and 21 normal adrenal tissues.The relationship between the above indicators and the clinicopathological features of AP as well as their correlation were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of VEGF and iNOS in malignant AP tissues were higher than those in benign AP tissues,followed by those in normal adrenal tissues(P<0.01).The positive expression rates of VEGF and iNOS in AP with a diameter of more than 5 cm were significantly higher than those in AP with a diameter of less than 5 cm(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The expression of VEGF in AP tissues was positively correlated(r=0.452,P<0.001).Conclusion The expression of VEGF and iNOS in AP was significantly higher than that in normal adrenal tissues.The expression of VEGF and iNOS was increased with tumor growth.The positive expression rate of VEGF and iNOS in malignant AP tissues was significantly higher than that of benign AP.Their expression was positively correlated,which affected the occurrence and development of AP.
