华南地区某“双一流”理工高校学生焦虑状况调查 被引量:4

Investigation on anxiety status of students in a "Double World Class" technology university in South China

摘要 目的了解华南地区某"双一流"理工高校学生的焦虑状况及其影响因素。方法 2018年10-12月,以焦虑自评量表(SAS)及学生基本情况信息表对582名华南地区某"双一流"高校理工类在校本科生进行调研,并对数据进行分析。结果 "双一流"理工类高校本科生SAS总得分为39.86±9.24,焦虑现患率达14.95%,均高于一般人群(均P<0.05);学业考试、人际关系、专业认可及就业对学生焦虑情绪有影响,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),性别和家庭环境对理工类高校学生焦虑状况无显著影响(均P>0.05);不同年级学生的SAS评分和焦虑情绪特征不同,但差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论华南地区某"双一流"理工类高校学生的焦虑现患率较高于一般人群,有必要加强对理工类重点高校在校学生的心理卫生指导和管理。应根据不同年级学生影响焦虑情绪的不同因素对其进行区别化的心理健康指导。 Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of anxiety among students in a "Double World Class" technology university in South China. Methods Between October and December 2018,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and questionnaire on basic information of students were used to investigate 582 undergraduates in a "Double World Class" technology university in South China,and the data were analyzed. Results SAS score of undergraduates in "Double World Class" technology university was 39.86±9.24,which was higher than that in general population(P<0.05). The prevalence rate of anxiety was 14.95%,which was higher than that in general population. The mental stress brought by academic tests,interpersonal relationship,professional self-identity and employment was positively correlated with their anxiety level,the difference was statistically significant(all P <0.05). Gender and family environment had no significant influence on the anxiety of students in technology university,the differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05). SAS scores and anxiety characteristics of students in different grades were different,but the difference was not statistically significant(all P>0.05). Conclusion The prevalence rate of anxiety of students in a "Double World Class" technology university in South China is higher than that of general population. It is necessary to strengthen the guidance and management of mental health of students in key universities of technology. Mental health guidance should be different in accordance with different grade students with anxiety influencing factors.
