摘要
用气相色谱法测定芹菜中毒死蜱残留量.较全面地考虑了整个测定过程不确定度的来源,对影响结果不确定度的各个因素作了系统分析,建立了结果不确定度评估数学模型,探讨了其测定结果不确定度.测定结果的合成不确定度为0.0044 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.009 mg/kg(k=2),芹菜中毒死蜱含量的测定结果为(0.095±0.009)mg/kg(k=2).
To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of chlorpyrifos residue in celery by gas chromatography.The various factors that affect the uncertainty were systematically analyzed.A mathematical model for uncertainty evaluation was established and used to comparatively evaluate the uncertainties of the analytical method.In this study,the combined standard uncertainty of the measurement results was 0.0044 mg/kg,and the expanded uncertainty was 0.009 mg/kg(k=2).The final result of aluminum content in vermicelli was(0.095±0.009)mg/kg(k=2).
