新型生物助剂安融乐对小麦田激素型除草剂的增效作用 被引量:17

Synergistic effect of adjuvant AnnGro on auxinic herbicides applied to wheat field

摘要 探究安融乐作为除草剂助剂与小麦田激素型除草剂20%氯氟吡氧乙酸乳油和56%2甲4氯钠可湿性粉剂混用后能否提高对目标杂草的防除效果。调查上述2种除草剂6个剂量单用及其与0.02%(V/V)安融乐混用后对小麦田杂草大巢菜、猪殃殃和荠菜的防除效果,统计药害综合指数并得到回归方程及ED 50、ED 90值。氯氟吡氧乙酸乳油与安融乐混用后,猪殃殃、大巢菜和荠菜的死亡时间分别提前3.5、2、1 d,ED 90值(商品量)平均降低206 mL/hm^2,增效10.31%;2甲4氯钠可湿粉剂与安融乐混用后,猪殃殃、大巢菜和荠菜死亡的时间分别提前4.5、3、1 d,ED 90值(商品量)平均降低851 g/hm^2,增效22.60%。安融乐能有效提高小麦田激素类除草剂对目标杂草的作用速度及防除效果,因此可作为以上2种除草剂的增效助剂进一步示范和推广。 This study investigated whether AnnGro could enhance the control efficacy of the auxinic herbicides fluroxypyr 20%EC and MCPA-Na 56%WP on target weeds in a wheat field.Both herbicides were independently applied at six doses alone and in mixture with 0.02%V/V AnnGro on Vicia sativa,Galium aparine var.tenerum and Capsella bursa-pastoris in a wheat field to evaluate phytotoxicity and determine the ED 50 and ED 90 values by regression analyses.The three weeds treated by fluroxypyr mixed with AnnGro died 3.5 d,2 d and 1 d earlier,respectively,than when treated with fluroxypyr alone.The average ED 90 value decreased by 206 mL/hm 2 and the average synergistic effect increased by 10%.Similarly,the three weeds treated with MCPA-Na mixed with AnnGro died 4.5 d,4 d and 1 d earlier than when treated with MCPA-Na alone;the average ED 90 value decreased by 851 mL/h m 2 and the average synergistic effects increased by 230%.Therefore,AnnGro could significantly increase the efficacy of both auxinic herbicides on the three target weeds,and thus can be further developed and recommended.
