核心素养视域下体育课程目标与内容设计的关键策略分析 被引量:42

摘要 中国学生发展核心素养是新的历史时期贯彻落实"立德树人"根本任务的理论构想与行动指南。基于核心素养的学校体育课程改革,对于构建有效衔接的体育课程体系,促进体育教学模式整体变革,创建新型的体育学业质量标准观与评价观具有重要意义。基于学生发展核心素养的体育课程设计,必须以体育学科核心素养的内涵界定、指标构成与水平划分为理论依据,以"分层转化"与"典型少数"策略,合理解决体育课程目标与内容设计等关键问题,将核心素养的培养真正落实到体育课程教学的具体活动之中。 The development of Chinese students’ core literacy is the theoretical conception and action guide for the implementation of the fundamental task of"strengthening moral education and cultivating people"in the new historical period. The reform of school PE curriculum based on core accomplishment is of great significance to the construction of effectively connected PE curriculum system,the promotion of the overall reform of PE teaching mode and the creation of a new concept of PE academic quality standard and evaluation. Based on students’ development of core literacy,PE curriculum design should take the connotation definition,index composition and level division of core literacy of physical education as the theoretical basis with the practical strategies of"stratification refinement"and"typical minority",solve the key problems such as the objectives and content design of PE curriculum reasonably and put the cultivation of core quality into the concrete activities of PE curriculum teaching.
