机械通气联合不同途径止血药治疗新生儿肺出血的疗效观察 被引量:3

Efficacy observation of mechanical ventilation combined with different infusion modes of hemostatics in neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage

摘要 目的观察机械通气联合不同途径止血药治疗新生儿肺出血的疗效.方法纳入我院2017年1月—2019年8月收治的71例新生儿肺出血患儿,根据治疗方式不同划分为观察组36例与对照组35例,观察组行机械通气、白眉蛇毒血凝酶静脉注射及气管滴入联合治疗,对照组行机械通气与白眉蛇毒凝酶静脉注射联合治疗.评价2组患儿治疗总有效率、呼吸机使用时间、肺出血停止时间.结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率94.44%,高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05);观察组患儿呼吸机使用时间(3.65±1.00)d,短于对照组的(5.95±1.19)d(P<0.05);观察组肺出血停止时间(1.10±0.66)d,短于对照组的(2.69±0.50)d(P<0.05).结论行机械通气、白眉蛇毒血凝酶静脉注射及气管滴入联合治疗新生儿肺出血疗效更佳,可缩短机械通气与肺出血时间. Objective To study the efficacy of mechanical ventilation combined with different infusion modes of hemostatics in neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage.Methods 71 neonates with pulmonary hemorrhage treated from January 2017 to August 2019 in our hospital were selected and assigned to observation group(n=36)and control group(n=35)according to different treatment methods.The observation group took the mechanical ventilation combined with intravenous injection and tracheal instillation of hemocoagulase for injection;the control group took the mechanical ventilation combined with intravenous injection of hemocoagulase for injection.The total effective rate,mechanical ventilation time and hemostasis time were evaluated.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(94.44%)was higher than control group(77.14%)(P<0.05);the mechanical ventilation time in the observation group and control group was(3.65±1.00)d and(5.95±1.19)d(P<0.05);the hemostasis time in the observation group and control group was(1.10±0.66)d and(2.69±0.50)d(P<0.05).Conclusion The mechanical ventilation combined with intravenous injection and tracheal instillation of hemocoagulase for injection has fair effects on treatment of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage,which can shorten the mechanical ventilation and hemostasis time.
