摘要
为探究工艺参数对DP600高强钢回弹的影响规律,在Dynaform有限元仿真软件中,采用考虑随动硬化的材料本构模型,探究压边力、成形间隙、摩擦系数、凸模形状、板料厚度5个因素对制件回弹的影响。结果显示:小间隙、大摩擦系数、大板料厚度均可减小制件回弹.U型件成形过程中以弯曲变形为主时,小压边力对回弹有利,以拉伸变形为主时,大压边力对回弹有利。凸模形状对回弹影响不大。可为回弹较大梁类件提供工艺优化或材料调整建议。
In order to explore the influence of process parameters on the rebound of DP600 high-strength steel,a material constitutive model considering follow-up hardening is used to explore the influence of five factors including blank holder force,forming gap,friction coefficient,punch shape,and sheet thickness on the springback of the part,in the finite element simulation software of Dynaform.The results show that small gap,large friction coefficient,and large sheet thickness can reduce part springback.When the U-shaped part is mainly bent and deformed,small blank holding force is favorable for springback,and when the main deformation is mainly drawn,large blank holder force is beneficial for springback.The punch shape has little effect on springback.It can provide process optimization or material adjustment recommendations for springback beams.
