摘要
高职院校创新创业教育开展的成效取决于指导教师队伍建设的水平。文章从分析创新创业指导教师应具备的能力入手,剖析当前高职院校双创教师队伍建设困境及其原因。围绕提高教师创新创业教学能力这一目标,探讨在政府、学校和教师层面建设高职院校双创指导教师队伍的指导思想和具体措施。
The achievements of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges depend on the level of instructor team construction.Starting with the analysis of the abilities that innovative entrepreneurship instructors should possess,this paper analyses the difficulties and reasons of the current construction of double-innovation teachers in Higher Vocational colleges.Focusing on the goal of improving teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship teaching ability,this paper probes into the guiding ideology and concrete measures of building a team of double-innovation instructors in Higher Vocational Colleges from the perspectives of government,schools and teachers.
