摘要
目的探究骨科下肢创伤临床急救中损伤控制的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月至2019年2月于我院接受骨科下肢创伤临床急救的68例患者为研究对象,通过患者损伤程度平均分配原则将其分为常规急救组和研究急救组,每组34例。常规急救组患者采用常规急救方法,研究急救组在骨科下肢创伤临床急救中采用损伤控制的方法。比较两组患者的治疗时间相关指标及并发症发生情况。结果研究急救组的检查时间、手术时间及住院时间均显著短于常规急救组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究急救组并发症总发生率显著低于常规急救组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科下肢创伤临床急救中损伤控制可缩短患者治疗相关时间,降低并发症发生率,对患者的临床症状控制及身体康复有极大的帮助,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of damage control in the clinical first aid of lower extremity trauma in department of orthopedics.Methods From May 2017 to February 2019,66 patients who received clinical first aid of lower extremity trauma in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of average distribution of injury degree,the patients were divided into routine first aid group and research first aid group,with 33 cases in each group.The patients in the routine first aid group were treated with routine first aid method,and the patients in the research first aid group were treated with damage control method in the clinical first aid of lower extremity trauma in department of orthopedics.The related indexes of treatment time and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The examination time,operation time and hospitalization time in the research first aid group were significantly shorter than those in the routine first aid group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the research first aid group was significantly lower than that in the routine first aid group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Damage control in the clinical first aid of lower extremity trauma in department of orthopedics can shorten the treatment related time and reduce the incidence of complications of patients.It is of great help to the control of patients'clinical symptom and physical rehabilitation,which is worth popularizing and applying.
