摘要
目的探讨益气健脾汤治疗脾气亏虚型2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法分层抽样法选取2016年5月至2019年5月收治的100例脾气亏虚型2型糖尿病患者,按照抽签法将其分为对照组(50例,二甲双胍)和研究组(50例,二甲双胍+益气健脾汤)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的血糖指标(FPG、2 h PBG、HbA1c、SDBG、CV-FPG)、中医症状积分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的中医症状改善总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气健脾汤治疗脾气亏虚型2型糖尿病的临床效果显著,可改善血糖控制效果,且安全可靠。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Jianpi decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with spleen-qi deficiency.Methods The stratified sampling method was used to select 100 patients with type 2 diabetes of spleen-qi deficiency admitted from May 2016 to may 2019.According to the method of drawing lots,the patients were divided into control group(50 cases,metformin)and study group(50 cases,metformin+Yiqi Jianpi decoction).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the blood glucose indexes(FPG,2 h PBG,HbA1c,SDBG,CV-FPG)and TCM symptom scores in the two groups reduced,and those in the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM symptom improvement in the study group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.00%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with spleen-qi deficiency has a significant clinical effect,it can improve the effect of blood glucose control,which is safe and reliable.
