摘要
为了研究齿顶间隙变化对平衡式双螺杆压缩机内部声场的影响,在对网格进行高精度划分的前提下,运用CFX软件建立3种不同尺寸齿顶间隙的平衡式双螺杆压缩机内流场模型,将其导入Actran软件中进行数值模拟,开展齿顶间隙尺寸变化对声场分布和不同频率条件下对声场影响规律的研究。得到如下研究结论:齿顶间隙为0.1 mm时平衡式双螺杆压缩机产生的噪声最小;不同齿顶间隙工况下转子区域局域最大噪声均发生在基频处;在不同齿顶间隙工况下转子区域噪声的基频分别处于以500 Hz、800 Hz为中心频率的1/3倍频程频带附近。研究内容和方法可为平衡式双螺杆压缩机的设计与降噪研究提供重要基础。
The influence of the gear tip clearance change on the internal sound field of the balanced twin-screw compressors is studied.The CFX software is used to establish the internal flow field model of the balanced twin-screw compressors with three different sizes of tip clearance under the premise of high-precision meshing.The model is introduced into the Actran software for numerical simulation,and the influence of the tip clearance change on the sound field distribution and the sound field at different frequencies is studied.It is concluded that the noise generated by the balanced twin-screw compressors is minimum for the tip clearance of 0.1 mm;the local maximum noise of the rotor region always occurs at the fundamental frequency for any different tip clearances;in the case of different tip clearances,the fundamental frequency of the noise of the rotor region is located near the 1/3 octave bands centered at 500 Hz and 800 Hz,respectively.The content and methods involved in the research provide an important basis for the design and noise reduction of balanced twin-screw compressors.
