乳化沥青冷再生混合料低温抗裂性的试验研究 被引量:18

摘要 为改善乳化沥青冷再生混合料低温抗裂性,通过半圆弯曲(semi circle bending,SCB)试验,以抗弯拉应力与断裂能密度为评价指标,对添加不同用量的再生剂、布敦岩沥青、玄武岩纤维及SBR胶乳的乳化沥青冷再生混合料低温抗裂性进行试验研究.结果表明,与普通乳化沥青冷再生混合料相比,添加再生剂、SBR胶乳后的乳化沥青冷再生混合料抗弯拉应力、断裂能密度均有不同程度提升.在乳化沥青冷再生混合料中掺加布敦岩沥青后对其混合料低温抗裂性影响较小,而掺加玄武岩纤维后降低了冷再生混合料低温抗裂性.在评价乳化沥青冷再生混合料低温抗裂性时推荐采用断裂能密度指标,辅以抗弯拉应力指标. In order to improve the low temperature anti-cracking performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture,taking flexural tensile stress and fracture energy density as evaluation indexes,the semi circle bending(SCB)test was conducted to study the low-temperature crack resistance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture with different amounts of regenerant,Buton rock asphalt,basalt fiber and SBR latex.The results show the bending tensile stress and fracture energy density of the mixture adding regenerant and SBR latex have some improvement comparing with the common emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture.The low temperature crack resistance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture is less affected by adding Butonite asphalt,while the low temperature crack resistance of cold recycled mixture is reduced by adding basalt fiber.When evaluating the low-temperature crack resistance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture,it is recommended to use fracture energy density index supplemented by flexural tensile stress index.
