前列地尔联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的效果 被引量:2

Effects of Alprostadil combined with α-lipoic acid in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

摘要 目的:观察前列地尔联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的效果。方法:选取100例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用前列地尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合α-硫辛酸治疗,比较两组治疗效果、神经传导速度以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组腓总神经、正中神经的运动传导速度和感觉传导速度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组腓总神经、正中神经的运动传导速度和感觉传导速度均高于治疗前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的26.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者可提高治疗有效率和神经传导速度,降低不良反应发生率,效果优于单纯前列地尔治疗效果。 Objective: To study effects of Alprostadil combined with α-lipoic acid in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected as the research objects, and were divided into observation group and control group according to the lottery method with 50 cases in each. The control group was treated with Alprostadil, while the observation group was combined with α-lipoic acid on the basis of that of the control group. The treatment effects, nerve conduction velocity, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 72.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before the treatment, there were no significant differences in the motor conduction velocity and sensory conduction velocity of common peroneal and median nerves between the two groups(P>0.05). However, after the treatment, the motor conduction velocities and sensory conduction velocities of common peroneal and median nerves of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.00%, which was lower than 26.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Alprostadil combined with α-lipoic acid can improve the treatment effective rate and the nerve conduction velocity, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. Moreover, it is superior to single Alprostadil.
