摘要
目的农村信息化能够提高农民收入和促进农村经济发展,农村信息化的众多指标对于农民收入有不同的影响。为探索农村信息化相关指标与农民收入的相关性,找出影响农民收入的农村信息化的主要指标。方法以河北省为例,选择12个农村信息化指标和1个农民收入指标,对指标数据进行无量纲化处理,使用灰色关联分析法计算出指标间的关联度并按数据大小进行量化排序。结果农村信息化的12项指标中与农民收入相关性最高的是固定互联网宽带接入用户数,相关性最低的是固定电话拥有量。关联度排序由高到低依次是固定互联网宽带接入用户数、互联网普及率、农村有线广播电视用户数、计算机拥有量、农村有线电视用户数、农村有线数字电视用户数、移动电话、彩色电视机拥有量、农村广播节目人口覆盖率、农村电视节目人口覆盖率、农村用电量、固定电话。结论互联网对农民收入影响较大,农村信息化指标中的固定互联网宽带接入用户指标是影响农民收入的最主要因素,农村有线广播电视用户数、计算机拥有量、农村有线电视用户数、农村有线数字电视用户数、移动电话拥有量与农民收入的关系十分密切,广播电视依旧是人们获得信息的主要渠道。因此,要重点加强互联网宽带接入农户家庭工作,促进互联网在农村的发展,让互联网进村进户;优化农村广播电视内容设计,提高农村广播电视质量;支持现代科技产品和服务到农村的推广,增加农村信息化在农村生产和生活方面的覆盖面。
Objective Rural informatization can improve farmers'income and promote rural economic growth.Many indicators of rural informatization have different effects on Farmers'income.In To explore the correlation between the relevant indicators of rural informatization and farmers'income,this paper analyzes the indicators of rural informatization that mainly affect farmers'income.Methods Taking Hebei province as an example,12 indicators of rural informatization and 1 indicator of farmers'income were selected to deal with the index data dimensionless,and the correlation degree between the indicators was calculated by using the grey correlation analysis method,and the data were sorted according to the size of the data.Results Among the 12 indicators of rural informatization,the number of fixed Internet broadband access users had the highest correlation with farmers'income,and the number of fixed telephone had the lowest correlation.The order of correlation degree from high to low wos:the number of fixed Internet broadband access users,Internet penetration rate,the number of rural cable radio and television users,the number of computers,the number of rural cable television users,the number of rural cable digital TV users,the number of mobile phones and color TV sets,the population coverage rate of rural radio programs,the population coverage rate of rural TV programs,rural electricity consumption,and fixed telephone.Conclusion The Internet has a great impact on Farmers'income.The fixed Internet broadband access user index is the most important factor affecting farmers'income.The number of rural cable radio and television users,the number of computers,the number of rural cable TV users,the number of rural cable digital TV users,and the number of mobile phones are closely related to farmers'income.Radio and television is still people's main access to information.Therefore,we should focus on strengthening the work of broadband Internet access to farmers'families,promoting the development of the Internet in rural areas,allowing the Internet to enter villages and households,optimizing the content design of rural radio and television,and improving the quality of rural radio and television.We will support the promotion of modern scientific and technological products and services in rural areas and increase the coverage of rural informatization in farmers'production and life.
