摘要
高校学生共青团干部是基层团组织的学生骨干,其素质关系着大学生青年团员的培养、关系到党的后备军的培育,新形势下只有不断加强团学干部队伍建设,才能充分发挥团学干部在学校中所起的表率作用。本文针对新形势下高校团学干部队伍建设的现状,提出了提升团学干部队伍建设的基本机制和路径,希望能给当前的高校团学干部队伍培养与建设工作,提供一些参考、借鉴和帮助。
The student Communist Youth League leaders in colleges and universities are the backbone of the grassroots Youth League organization.Their quality is related to the cultivation of college student Youth League members and the cultivation of the Party's reserve army.Only by continuously strengthening the construction of the student Youth League leader team under the new situation can their exemplary role in learning and improving quality be played.This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of the team under the new situation,and proposes a basic mechanism and path to improve the team construction,hoping that it can provide some reference and help for the current training and construction of the student Youth League team in colleges and universities.
