摘要
MC尼龙又称为单体浇铸尼龙或铸型尼龙,具有力学性能好、耐磨、耐弱酸弱碱及有机溶剂、可直接浇铸成型等优良的综合性能,可用于制造多种机械零件,在许多领域中正逐步替代铜、铝、钢铁等多种金属材料.但是,与金属材料相比,MC尼龙的强度和模量均较低,耐磨及韧性较差,难以承受重载荷,所以限制了其应用范围.为了克服MC尼龙的缺点,提高其使用性能,在保持其优良特性的同时,如何进一步提高其力学性能,开发材料潜能,成为扩大其应用的关键.
MC nylon,also known as monomer casting nylon or casting nylon,has good mechanical properties,wear resistance,weak acid and alkali resistance,organic solvent,direct casting molding and other excellent comprehensive properties,can be used to manufacture a variety of mechanical parts,and is gradually replacing copper,aluminum,steel and other metal materials in many fields,but compared with metal materials,MC nylon has both strength and modulus Because of its low wear resistance and toughness,it is difficult to bear heavy load,so its application range is limited.In order to overcome the shortcomings of MC nylon and improve its performance,while maintaining its excellent properties,how to further improve its mechanical properties and develop the material potential become the key to expand its application.
