摘要
新时代金华精神融入高职院校校园文化建设意义深远,但是在两者融合的过程中存在着不同程度的路径依赖困境。本文阐释了新时代金华精神的内涵,总结了新时代金华精神融入各大高职院校校园文化建设的内在机理,并就融合过程中存在的高职校园物质文化建设、行为文化建设、制度文化建设和精神文化建设四个方面路径依赖困境提出了超越与化解建议。
The merging of the new era Jinhua spirit into the campus culture of higher vocational colleges has far-reaching significance,but there are different degrees of path dependence in the process.This paper explains the connotation of the Jinhua spirit in the new era,summarizes the internal mechanism of the Jinhua spirit in the new era and merging into the campus culture construction of the major vocational colleges,and discusses the material culture construction,behavior culture construction and system culture of the higher vocational campus in the process of integration.The four aspects of construction and spiritual culture construction have proposed a transcendence and resolution suggestion.
