摘要
一位企业家曾经说过,一个管理者的成功,95%在于执行。没有执行力就没有绝对的竞争力,这句话在企业中非常适用,在高校管理服务中依然有一定的道理。一个学校将管理服务的执行落实下去,才能保证学校教学工作、行政工作和后勤等工作的平稳进行。为了提升高等院校的竞争力,就要把执行者和被执行者协同一致,不断提升管理服务的工作水平。本文简单分析了当下高等院校在管理服务中的现状,并且针对如何加强高校管理服务水平,提高管理服务人员的执行力,以达到提升高校管理效率、提升工作人员服务水平、营造更优质的学习工作空间的目的,旨在为高校管理服务工作人员开展工作提供一定的参考和借鉴。
An entrepreneur once said that 95%of a manager's success lies in execution.Without executive power,there is no absolute competitiveness.This sentence is very applicable in enterprises and still has some truth in university management services.Only when a school carries out the implementation of management services can it ensure the smooth progress of teaching,administration and logistics.In order to improve the competitiveness of institutions of higher learning,it is necessary to coordinate the executor and the executee,and constantly improve the level of management and service.This paper briefly analyzes the current situation of management service in colleges and universities,and aims at how to strengthen the management service level of colleges and universities,improve the executive power of management service personnel,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the management efficiency of colleges and universities,improving the service level of staff,and creating a better learning space,in order to provide some reference for the management service personnel of colleges and universities to carry out their work.
