摘要
锌氧压浸出工艺由于其原料适应性广、节能、环保、高效等优点,在中国得到快速发展并实现工业化生产。其浸出渣含硫量高,通常保持在40%~50%,其含有银、铅、锌、铟、锗、镓等有价金属元素,具有重要回收价值。本文重点阐述了锌氧压浸出反应原理、高硫渣特性,列举了一些高硫渣处置方法,其中直接法包括堆存法、浮选-热滤法、回转窑挥发法、热酸浸出法等,间接法主要为协同炼铅法,并结合国内较大规模锌氧压浸出生产企业就高硫渣处置现状加以分析。
Zinc-oxygen pressure leaching process has developed rapidly and realized industrialized production in China due to its wide adaptability of raw materials,energy saving,environmental protection and high efficiency.The slag has a high sulfur content,which is usually maintained at 40%to 50%,it contains valuable metal elements such as silver,lead,zinc,indium,germanium,and gallium,and has important recycling value.This paper focuses on the principle of zinc-oxygen pressure leaching reaction and characteristics of high sulfur slag,and lists some methods of high sulfur slag disposal,among them,the direct method includes storage method,flotation-hot filtration method,rotary kiln volatilization method,hot acid leaching method,etc.,and the indirect method is mainly collaborative lead smelting method,finally,this paper analyzes the current status of high sulfur slag disposal in conjunction with domestic large-scale zinc-oxygen pressure leaching production enterprises.
