摘要
采用室内和室外相结合的试验方法研究了中华甲虫蒲螨对蛀干害虫小线角木蠹蛾的寄生效果。结果表明:在室内,小线角木蠹蛾的幼虫接种蒲螨后,在2 h内可以导致幼虫死亡;蒲螨从取食到产生后代,在25℃的温箱内需7 d左右。在室外,分别采取3种不同密度处理方式,释放后10、20、30、40 d发现,平均防效无明显差异,基本在81.93%~87.10%。应用中华甲虫蒲螨能够有效控制小线角木蠹蛾的危害。
The indoor and outdoor test methods were used to study the parasitic effect of Pyemotes zhonghuajia on Holcocerus insularis.Result shows that:In the house,after the larvae of Holcocerus insularis were inoculated with Pygmotes zhonghuajia,the larvae could die within two hours;for Pyemotes zhonghuajia from feeding to progeny,it took about 7 d in a 25℃incubator.Outdoors,three different density treatments were taken,and 10,20,30,and 40 days after release,it was found that there is no significant difference in the average efficacy,basically ranging from 81.93%to 87.10%.The application of Pyemotes zhonghuajia can effectively control the damage caused by Holcocerus insularis.
