摘要
以遥感数据、市县级的统计年鉴数据以及地面观测数据等多源数据为基础,采用地理信息时空建模相关的理论与方法,研究滁州市土地、水、光照、林草分布等基础自然资源的空间分布特征,并对其空间分布的均衡性、差异性,以及对滁州市当前经济社会发展的支撑性开展评价.采用经典统计学与空间统计方法相结合的方式,计算分析滁州市各个县区、乡镇的人口分布、经济发展、资源消耗、环境污染等现状,并对上述因素对本区域经济可持续发展的支撑能力展开评价.在此基础上,综合专家打分与判别评价等分析方法,对滁州市自然资源、社会经济发展等指标进行综合评价分析,得出滁州市经济社会发展适宜性的分布,结合滁州市已有相关规划及发展政策将滁州市划分为新型城镇化工业化发展集聚区、现代农业发展区和生态涵养区,本研究的成果可为相关政府规划部门制定本地区的发展决策提供有益借鉴.
Based on multi-source data such as remote sensing data,city and county level statistical yearbook data and ground observation data,this paper studies the spatial distribution characteristics of basic natural resources such as land,water,light,forest and grass distribution in Chuzhou,and then evaluates the balance and difference of their spatial distribution as well as the support of current economic and social development in Chuzhou.By adopting the combination of classical statistics and spatial statistics method,calculation and analysis of Chuzhou individual counties,town’s population distribution,economic development,resource consumption,environmental pollution and other status quo,and evaluated the supporting capacity of the sustainable economic development of the region based on the above factors.On this basis,Comprehensive expert scoring,discriminant evaluation and other analysis methods,natural resources,social and economic development indicators are evaluated for Chuzhou.Combining with the existing related planning and development policies of Chuzhou,it is divided into new urbanization industrialization development cluster area,modern agriculture development zone and ecological conservation zone,the results of this study can provide useful reference for relevant government planning departments to make development decisions in this region.
