摘要 闭式构件结构复杂,材料多为高硬耐热合金,用传统的机械刀具无法进行切削加工。电解加工对复杂腔体可一次成型,加工效率高,且工具电极无损耗。本文根据腔体特点,前期采用电解加工,通过对加工系统、工艺参数的分析对比和实验,为后续电火花加工提供了良好的条件,大大提高了零件的加工效率。 The structure of closed components was complex,and the materials were mostly high-hard ness and heat-resistant alloys,it is impossible to cut with traditional mechanical tools.The electrochemi cal machining could form complex cavity at one time with high processing efficiency and the tool electrodes was non-expendable.According to the characteristics of the cavity,electrochemical machining was adopted in the early stages,which provided a good condition for subsequent EDM and greatly improve the processing efficiency of parts through the analysis and comparison of the processing system and process parameters.
