摘要
文章从实际问题出发,引出了SI分离理念,分析日本SI分离体系的装配式住宅普及的根本原因,同时分析SI分离理念在国内本土化发展的限制因素。管线分离是《装配式建筑评价标准》GB/T 51129-2017的评价项,是SI分离理念的本土化发展。SI分离理念的应用有利于减少机电的预留预埋量,相应降低建筑构造对专业配合度的要求,给机电设计、施工、维护检修提供更宽松的环境。
Starting from the practical problems,this paper introduces the concept of Si separation,analyzes the root causes of the popularity of prefabricated housing in Japan’s SI separation system and the limiting factors of the localization development of the concept of SI separation in China.Pipeline separation is the evaluation item of evaluation standard for prefabricated buildings(GB/T 51129-2017),and it is the localization development of SI separation concept.The application of SI separation concept is conducive to reducing the reserved and embedded amount of mechanical and electrical equipment,correspondingly reducing the requirements of building structure for professional cooperation,and providing a more relaxed environment for mechanical and electrical design,construction,maintenance and repair.
