不同术式对肱骨中段骨折患者的临床治疗效果探讨 被引量:1

Clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation(MIPO)in the treatment of middle humeral fracture

摘要 目的探讨不同手术方式治疗肱骨中段骨折的临床疗效及对骨代谢指标的影响。方法选取2017年11月至2018年10月本院收治的肱骨中段骨折患者76例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用传统切开内固定术治疗,观察组采用MIPO治疗。比较两组术后8周BALP、CTX、PICP及BGP水平,肩关节及肘关节功能评分变化情况。结果术后8周,观察组BALP、PICP及BGP水平均高于对照组,CTX水平低于对照组(P<0.05);术后8周Constant-Murley、Mayo评分均显著升高(P<0.05);观察组术后8周Constant-Murley、Mayo评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统术式相比,MIPO能够加速肱骨中段骨折患者术后骨折愈合,促进肩关节及肘关节功能康复,临床治疗效果满意,可进行推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different surgical methods for the treatment of mid-humeral fracture and its influence on bone metabolism.Methods 76 cases of humeral middle fracture were selected from November 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital.Random number table grouping method was used to divide into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional incision and internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with MIPO.The changes of BALP,CTX,PICP and BGP levels,shoulder and elbow function scores were compared between the two groups at 8 weeks after operation.Results Eight weeks after operation,the BALP,PICP and BGP levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CTX levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores in both groups increased significantly(P<0.05).The Constant-Murley and Mayo scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at eight weeks after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion MIPO can accelerate fracture healing and promote functional rehabilitation of shoulder and elbow joints in patients with mid-humeral fracture.The clinical effect is satisfactory and it can be popularized and applied.
