摘要
天疱疮疾病面积评分(Pemphigus disease area index,PDAI)是评估天疱疮病情活动度众多评分体系中的可靠指标;而抗桥粒芯糖蛋白(Desmoglein,Dsg)抗体,大多学者认为与病情活动度呈正相关,但目前对此尚未达成共识。因此或许可以通过验证PDAI值与抗Dsg抗体滴度的相关性来证实抗体滴度与病情活动度的关系,并进一步界定出病情轻中重度所对应的抗Dsg抗体滴度区间,指导治疗。国内尚无类似文献报道,还需要进一步的临床研究来证实。
Pemphigus disease area score index(PDAI) is a reliable index to evaluate the disease activity of pemphigus.Anti-desmoglein(Dsg) antibody is considered to be positively correlated with disease activityby most scholars, but no consensus has been reached so far. Therefore, it may be possible to confirm the relationship between anti-Dsg antibody titer and disease activity by verifying the correlation between PDAI value and anti-Dsg antibody titer. The titer range of anti-dsg antibody corresponding to the severity of the disease was defined to guide the treatment.There is no similar literature reported in China, and further clinical studies are needed to confirm it.
