摘要
开展了2-卤代苯甲酰胺与腈类化合物反应生成喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮类衍生物的微波辅助合成研究。结果表明:在微波辅助条件下,生成的喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮类衍生物的速率均较常规加热条件下增大,并且2-碘代苯甲酰胺比2-溴苯甲酰胺活性更高。一系列的喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮衍生物被高效地合成出来,最高产率达到89%。
Microwave-assisted organic synthesis of quinazolin-4(3H)-ones through the reaction of 2-halobenzamides and nitriles was investigated.The results showed the yield was improved significantly when the reaction was carried out under microwave irradiation.2-Iodobenzamides were more reactive than 2-bromobenzamides with higher yields.A variety of quinazolin-4(3H)-ones could be synthesized in good to excellent yields up to 89%.
