摘要
对浮顶储罐雷击事故的机理进行了分析,指出存在于浮盘与罐壁间的一、二次密封装置内的高浓度油气混合物和导静电片与罐壁之间的放电间隙是构成浮顶储罐雷击火灾爆炸事故的主要危险因素;构建了浮顶储罐雷击事故层次分析模型,建立了影响因子隶属度函数,采用模糊综合评判法建立风险评价矩阵,评价浮顶储罐的雷击安全等级。对某10万m^3外浮顶储罐雷击安全的评价结果与实际情况基本一致,同时给出了预防雷击的相关对策。
Through the analysis on mechanism of lightning-induced accident of floating roof storage tank,it is found that the high concentration oil-gas mixture in primary and secondary sealing devices and the discharge gap between electrostatic conducting sheet and tank wall are the two main factors causing the lightning fire and explosion accident of floating roof storage tank.According to the analysis of lightning accident mechanism of floating roof storage tank,the analytical hierarchy process(AHP)model of lightning accident of floating roof storage tank is established,the membership function of influencing factors is established,and the risk evaluation matrix is established by using the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the lightning safety level of floating roof storage tank.The comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of lightning risk of floating roof storage tank can be used to evaluate objectively with the weight determined by AHP,which is easy to operate with good practicability and expansibility.The assessment results of lightning safety of a 100000 m^3 floating roof tank are basically consistent with the actual situation,and the safety level is relatively safe.At the same time,the relevant countermeasures to prevent lightning are given.
