摘要
现有e型弹条扣压力测试有2种方法:通过加载使弹条向下产生一定位移时进行测定(方法1);通过提升使弹条向上产生一定位移时进行测定(方法 2)。分别采用2种方法测试不同安装距离下Ⅲ型弹条的扣压力并分析扣压力与安装距离的关系。结果表明:采用方法 1时安装距离为8,10,20 mm测得的弹条扣压力均满足标准要求,弹条扣压力随安装距离的增大而增大;采用方法 2时安装距离为8,10 mm测得的弹条扣压力满足标准要求,安装距离为20 mm时不满足要求,弹条扣压力随安装距离的增大而减小。采用方法2进行扣压力测试时须严格保证弹条与安装座距离处于8~10 mm。
There are two methods to test the toe load of e-type clip including measuring when the clip has a certain downward displacement through loading(No.1 method) and measuring when the clip has a certain upward displacement through lifting(No.2 method).Two kinds of test methods were used to test the toe load of Ⅲ-type clip under different installation distance,and the relationship between toe load and installation distance was analyzed.The results show that when the installation distance is 8,10 and 20 mm,the toe load of clip measured by No.1 method can meet the standard requirements,and the toe load of clip increases with the increase of installation distance.When the installation distance is 8 and 10 mm,the toe load of clip measured by No.2 method can meet the standard requirements,when the installation distance is 20 mm,the toe load of clip cannot meet the requirements,and the toe load of clip decreases with the increase of the installation distance.It means that the distance between the clip and the installation base must be strictly within the range of 8~10 mm when the toe load test is carried out by No.2 method.
