滑鼠蛇消化道5-羟色胺细胞形态和分布密度的增龄变化 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较50日龄内滑鼠蛇(Ptyas mucosus)消化道5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)细胞形态和分布密度的增龄变化及部位差异。方法用免疫组织化学ABC法鉴别和定位生后3、7~10(首次蜕皮组)、20、30、40和50d滑鼠蛇消化道各部位的5-HT细胞。结果5-HT细胞形态多样,胃底、幽门和回肠的分布密度无日龄差异,贲门30日龄组显著高于50日龄组,其他部位均在20~50日龄组最高,3日龄组最低。3和7~10日龄组胃部分布密度最高,十二指肠和空肠、十二指肠和回肠最低;20、30、40和50日龄组直肠和/或胃部密度最高,食道、十二指肠和回肠、食道和回肠、回肠及十二指肠和回肠最低。结论滑鼠蛇生后3d消化道各段均有5-HT细胞分布,分布密度随日龄而变化,开口前胃部密度较高,开口后直肠部位密度增加,提示随发育进程的推进,5-HT对食物的机械消化作用和促进食物残渣排出的能力均明显增强。 Objective To compare the age-related variations of morphology and distribution densities of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)cells along the digestive tract of Ptyas mucosus within postnatal 50 days period.Methods 5-HT positive cells were identified and localized by avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex immunohistochemical method along the digestive tract of Ptyas mucosus from 3 d,7~10 d(first sloughing),20 d,30 d,40 d and 50 d age groups,respectively.Results The morphology of 5-HT cells was various.Distribution density of 5-HT cells did not show significant age-related differences in the fundus,pylorus and ileum.However,distribution density of 5-HT cells in the cardia of the 30 d age group was significantly higher than that of 50 d age group,and reached the highest values from 20 d to 50 d age groups but the lowest of the 3 d age group in any other segment of digestive tract.Distribution density of 5-HT cells showed the highest values in the stomach but the lowest in the duodenum and jejunum,duodenum and ileum,respectively in the 3 d and 7~10 d age groups.While maximum distribution density of 5-HT cells were in the rectum and/or stomach in the 20,30,40 and 50 d age groups,and their minimum values were in esophagus,duodenum and ileum,esophagus and ileum,ileum,as well as duodenum and ileum,respectively.Conclusion 5-HT cells were firstly observed at 3 d age after birth in different segments of the whole digestive tract in Ptyas mucosus,and the distribution density of 5-HT cells changed as age(postnatal day)changed.Higher density of 5-HT cells was found in the stomach before initial feeding,and with a significant increase in the rectum after initial feeding,suggesting that 5-HT may strength the abilities of mechanical digestion of food and the excretion of food residues with the advance of development processes.
