摘要
论文对“95后”高职毕业生就业压力源进行分析,并设计个人就业信息化模型,尝试通过此模型让其在“慢就业”过程中趋利避害,尽快进入就业状态。
This paper analyzes the employment pressure source of"post-1995"vocational college graduates,and designs a personal employment informatization model,which tries to make them seek advantages and avoid disadvantages in the process of"slow employment"and enter the employment status as soon as possible.
