摘要
本文采用熔盐电解的方法,以等质量比的LiCl-KCl为电解质,电解制备Cu-Er合金。利用循环伏安法、方波伏安法、计时电位法和开路计时电位法,研究Cu(Ⅱ)、Er(Ⅲ)在钨电极和铜电极的电化学行为,得到熔盐电解制备Cu-Er合金的电化学机理。最后以铜为工作电极,在-2.20V条件下恒电位电解3h,制备了含有CuEr和Cu2Er5相的Cu-Er合金。
In this paper, Cu-Er alloys were prepared by molten salt electrolysis in LiCl-KCl(1∶1 wt.%)melts.Cyclic voltammetry, square wave voltammetry, chronopotentiometry and open circuit chronopotentiometry were used to investigate the electrochemical behavior of Cu(Ⅱ) and Er(Ⅲ) on tungsten electrodes and copper electrodes, and obtain the electrochemical mechanism mechanism of the Cu-Er alloys. The Cu-Er alloys with the phases of CuEr and Cu2Er5 were produced by potentiostatic electrolysis on copper electrodes at the potential of -2.20 V for 3 h.
