摘要
为满足闭式整体叶盘电火花加工自动化生产需求,提出了一种闭式整体叶盘多轴联动电火花加工时间的预测算法。在不同的进给深度采用不同的材料去除率,基于加权平均法建立了多个伺服轴联动加工情况下的材料去除率模型。利用该方法进行了某型号叶盘的加工时间预测,预测时间与实际加工时间的误差小于6%,表明了该预测算法的可行性。
In order to meet the needs of automatic production of integral shrouded blisk by EDM,a prediction algorithm for multi-axis EDM machining time is proposed.The material removal rate model of multi-axis EDM is established,based on the weighted average method and using different material removal rates at different feed depths.The machining time of a certain integral shrouded blisk is predicted by the proposed method.The error between the predicted and the experimental machining time is less than 6%,which indicates the feasibility of the prediction algorithm.
