摘要
随着全球子宫内膜癌发病率的不断增加,子宫内膜癌发病风险因素的研究及其预防越来越受关注。目前,虽然子宫内膜癌的多种相关发病风险因素已明确,但临床尚未开发出一种全面的风险预测评分系统来筛选高风险妇女。未来,希望研究者能利用这些相关风险因素,制订出一套全面的风险预测评分系统,从而筛选出高风险妇女。这也可能有助于临床医师为高风险妇女制订更有针对性的一级预防策略,进而降低子宫内膜癌的发病率。
With the increasing incidence of endometrial cancer in the world,more and more attention has been paid to the study and prevention of the risk factors.At present,although many risk factors have been identified,a comprehensive risk prediction scoring system has not been developed to screen the high-risk women.In the future,it is hoped that the researchers can make use of these risk factors to develop a comprehensive risk prediction scoring system,to realize the screening of the high-risk population,which may also help the clinicians to develop more targeted primary prevention strategies for the high-risk women,and in turn reduce the incidence of endometrial cancer.
