摘要
目的探讨滋阴祛风膏治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月就诊于秦皇岛市中医医院肺病科门诊及住院病房的80例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各40例。其中,观察组采用滋阴祛风膏联合沙美特罗氟替卡松吸入治疗,对照组采用单纯沙美特罗氟替卡松吸入治疗,均治疗2个月。比较两组患者临床疗效,以及治疗前及治疗后2个月的用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气量(FEV 1)、哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分、症状积分。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组[87.5%(35/40)比75.0%(30/40)](P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的FVC、FEV 1、ACT评分高于治疗前,且观察组的FVC、FEV 1、ACT评分高于对照组[(86.9±4.5)%比(82.2±4.4)%,(85.1±3.5)%比(79.7±2.8)%,(24.9±1.4)分比(20.5±2.0)分](P<0.05),两组FVC、FEV 1、ACT评分的组间、时点间、组间和时点间交互作用比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的症状积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组[(2.1±0.4)分比(5.6±0.9)分](P<0.05),两组症状积分的组间、时点间、组间和时点间交互作用比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论吸入沙美特罗氟替卡松的同时服用滋阴祛风膏,在改善患者肺功能、提高生活质量方面优于单纯应用沙美特罗氟替卡松。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Ziyin Qufeng cream on chronic duration of bronchial asthma.Methods From Jan.2016 to Dec.2018,80 patients with bronchial asthma were from the outpatient and inpatient wards of the Department of Pulmonary Diseases of Qinhuangdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were included in the study.According to the treatment method,they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different treatment methods,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Ziyin Qufeng cream combined with salmeterol fluticasone inhalation,while the control group was treated with salmeterol fluticasone inhalation alone.Both groups were treated for 2 months,and the clinical efficacy,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV 1),asthma control test(ACT)score and symptom score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[87.5%(35/40)vs 75.0%(30/40)](P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of FVC,FEV 1 and ACT in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group higher than the control group[(86.9±4.5)%vs(82.2±4.4)%,(85.1±3.5)%vs(79.7±2.8)%,24.9±1.4 vs 20.5±2.0](P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of FVC,FEV 1 and ACT between groups,time points,and interactions of groups and time points(P<0.05).After the treatment,the symptom scores of both groups were lower than before the treatment,and the observation group lower than the control group(2.1±0.4 vs 5.6±0.9)(P<0.05).There were significant difference in symptom scores between groups,time points and interactions of groups and time points(P<0.01).Conclusion Inhalation of salmeterol fluticasone combined with Ziyin Qufeng cream is superior to salmeterol fluticasone alone in improving lung function and quality of life of the patients.
