摘要
在电厂建设工程项目的开展过程中,进度管理是一项非常必要的工作,若该项工作的实施效果不佳将会极大地影响到工程质量和成本投入,工程项目无法在规定日期内投入使用,将会给电厂运营造成极为不利的影响,电力生产的持续性和稳定性也将难以得到保证。探讨和分析电厂建设工程项目的概念、作用、流程及较为常见的问题,并提出强化电厂建设工程项目进度管理与控制效果的有效对策,以期能在实践工作中起到参考和借鉴的作用,确保电厂建设工程项目的保质保量开展,从而进一步扩大项目综合效益,推动电力行业的平稳健康发展。
During the development of power plant construction projects,schedule management is a very necessary task.If the implementation of this work is not good,it will greatly affect the project quality and cost investment.The project cannot be on the specified date.Internal use will have a very adverse impact on power plant operations,and the sustainability and stability of power production will be difficult to guarantee.This paper will explore and analyze the concept,function,process and more common problems of power plant construction projects,and propose effective countermeasures to strengthen the progress management and control effects of power plant construction projects,in order to play a reference and reference role in practical work.To ensure the quality and quantity of power plant construction projects,so as to further expand the comprehensive benefits of the project and promote the steady and healthy development of the power industry.
