摘要
基于能耗在线监测项目建设实践,对该类项目的建设内容进行了全要素分析,提出了该类项目的建设技术方案。对相关项目在节能减排工作中的实际应用进行了系统研究,提出了项目的关键技术内容、系统架构和应用功能体系三大主要建设内容。结合当前开展的节能减排工作以及能耗数据颗粒度,建立了涵盖主要节能减排工作的应用功能体系、传输协议标准以及实施关键技术要求。提出的建设技术方案可以为我国正在大规模开展的能耗在线监测建设项目提供理论参考和技术支撑。
Based on the practice of energy consumption online monitoring project construction,a full factor analysis of the construction content of this type of project was carried out,and a construction technical plan for this type of project was proposed.Systematic research was conducted on the actual application of related projects in energy conservation and emission reduction work,and three major construction contents of the project's key technical content,system architecture,and application function system were proposed.Based on the current energy conservation and emission reduction work and the granularity of energy consumption data,an application function system,transmission protocol standards and key technical requirements covering the main energy conservation and emission reduction work have been established.The proposed construction technology scheme can provide theoretical reference and technical support for China's large-scale on-line monitoring of energy consumption construction projects.
