摘要
目的:对骨维软胶囊的制备工艺进行优化.方法:采用单因素考察对内容物的提取、软胶囊压制和干燥等处方及工艺进行筛选,同时采用正交设计法,以体外崩解时间为指标,对囊壳处方进行优化,确定骨维软胶囊的最佳处方及制备工艺.结果:软胶囊壳最佳的处方为明胶∶甘油∶水(7:3:7);内容物以大豆油作为稀释剂,蜂蜡作为助悬剂,最佳的投料比为1:2.结论:所制备的骨维软胶囊质量稳定,处方组成及制备工艺简单,具有良好应用前景.
Objective:To optimize the preparation technology of Guwei soft capsules.Methods:Single factor investigation was used to screen the extraction of inclusion compounds,the holding techniques and the dry?ness of soft capsules.Based on the indicator of disintegration time,the recipe of soft capsule shell was opti?mized to find the optimal technology by orthogonal experiment.Results:The optimum amount of soft cap?sules were made from gelatin,glycerol and water(7:3:7).The preparation of inclusion compounds were tak?ing soybean oil as the disperse medium,beeswax as the suspending agent.Under the selected formulation,mass ratio of sampling capacity was 1:2.Conclusion:Guwei soft capsules were well distributed with good sta?bilization.This model can be used for guiding practical production.
