摘要
本以分析工程总承包模式下设计阶段的造价控制与管理为主要内容,结合当下建设工程总承包介绍、总承包模式下工程设计造价控制分析和总承包模式下工程造价集成管理工作,从工程总承包形式、发挥总承包工程全过程优势、总承包工程在我国的现实意义、运用价值工程法优化设计这几方面进行深入探讨和分析,其目的在于提升工程总承包模式下设计阶段造价管理价值,旨在为相关研究提供参考资料。
This paper analyzes the construction cost control and management under the general contracting mode as the main content,combined with the current general contracting introduction of construction projects,the engineering design cost control analysis under the general contracting mode and the engineering cost integration management under the general contracting mode.From the general contracting form of the project,giving full play to the advantages of the whole process of the general contracting project,the practical significance of the general contracting project in China,and the optimization design of the value engineering method,the purpose is to improve the cost of the design stage under the general contracting mode.Management value is intended to provide reference for relevant research.
